the end user. The registration of online shops and advertising entries for which
a fee is charged are dealt with separately.
II. Content of Globeshopper
1. Globeshopper is an online vendor directory for the fields of fashion,
interiors and digital equipment and aims to assist the user in searching
for online shops that offer goods in these fields.
2. The Globeshopper online vendor directory is edited and updated
on an ongoing basis but represents a loosely created selection of shops
and no claims are made as to its completeness. This also applies to the
search results obtained. These can be sorted by specific groups. In using
the concepts of these groups, Globeshopper makes no assertions regarding
the goods and services offered by the online shops found.
3. Globeshopper merely provides access to online shops free of charge
by means of links. No guarantees of specific search results for the user
are provided.
4. Globeshopper stresses that there are no affiliations under company
or corporate group law between the operators of the shops and Globeshopper.
Purchase agreements for the products that may be found in the online
shops to which Globeshopper provides links are therefore concluded exclusively
between the user and the online shop concerned. Product descriptions
and indications of prices originate exclusively from the respective online
shop operators.
5. Insofar as Globeshopper provides services free of charge, Globeshopper
is entitled to modify, limit or discontinue these services at any time
and without prior notice.
Free services do not constitute material contractual obligations
of Globeshopper.
III. Protection of Globeshopper
1. Globeshopper uses a database protected in accordance with the
regulations of the German Copyright Act. The content available on Globeshopper,
in particular uploaded data content, photographs, text created by Globeshopper,
images and graphics, is protected under copyright law in favour of Globeshopper
and/or Globeshopper is the owner of the respective rights of use.
2. Globeshopper is a registered trade mark. Use of the trade mark
without the consent of Globeshopper is prohibited.
3. The user is obliged to observe and not violate the abovementioned
copyrights, trade mark rights and neighbouring rights. The user may retrieve,
save and use the content of Globeshopper for private purposes only. Any
other reproduction, transformation, public performance, distribution,
transmission or other utilisation of substantial parts is prohibited.
Any prohibited use will be prosecuted under applicable law.
IV. Disclaimer
At the time the links were added to the database of Globeshopper,
there was no evidence of illegal content on the linked pages. Globeshopper
has no control over the content of the linked pages. Insofar as the rights
of third parties are violated on these pages, Globeshopper had no knowledge
thereof at the time the links were created and is unable to remove content
that violates said rights. The same applies if the indicated goods and
